Final Fantasy VII PC released with broken DRM, gets pulled.

The re-release of Final Fantasy VII went live yesterday for $ 12.70; however, people who purchased the game were unable to get he games secuROM DRM to authenticate.  SquareEnix has since pulled the game from their website and replaced the “coming soon” message that was originally there.

No word on when the PC re-release will become available again but, hopefully once when it does return it actually works.
